As a Manufacturing Engineer supporting advanced aircraft programs like the 777 and 777X, you’ll be at the center of production innovation—connecting engineering design with real-world manufacturing. What You’ll Do



In this highly interactive, production-focused role, you will:




  • Integrate across engineering disciplines to ensure Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles are embedded in aircraft systems
  • Implement technical solutions into build plans to improve production safety, stability, and product reliability
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and improve quality and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the factory floor to minimize disruptions
  • Support the integration of mechanical and electrical systems into efficient and repeatable build processes
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless system integration across aircraft structures, interiors, and components
  • Develop innovative tooling, fixtures, and processes to improve installation efficiency and ergonomics
  • Engage directly with mechanics and electricians to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work hands-on in a production environment, including standing, walking, climbing, and working in confined spaces as needed




Required Qualifications




  • 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Willingness and ability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on production environment with strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork




Preferred Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Safely prepare and paint aircraft with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with quality standards and FAA regulations. 

  • Use tools like dual-action sanders, hydraulic lifts, and paint sprayers, ensuring proper care and maintenance of all equipment. 

  • Work with sealants, paint strippers, and corrosion-preventive chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines and using the required protective equipment. 

  • Coordinate with supervisors and inspectors to ensure all work meets quality specifications and is fully documented in compliance with internal and FAA paperwork. 

  • Proactively address unsafe conditions and ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times. 

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Assist with aircraft movement and work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED. 

  • 2+ years of experience in related paint processes, ideally in the aircraft industry. 

  • Valid driver’s license. 

  • Knowledge of paint processes and products, including lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and acrylics. 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation. 

  • Computer literacy. 

  • Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test for respirator certification. 

  • Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds. 

  • Ability to work any shift. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Aircraft industry experience is highly preferred. 

  • Experience using material tracking systems and signing off on work.

Position Purpose

  • Read and interpret wire schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Perform bonding, resistance, continuity, and AC/DC power checks

  • Execute wire termination tasks, including connectors, splices, coaxial cables, and shielding
  • Install and troubleshoot fiber optics, coaxial, and quadrax systems

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr | Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM (Monday–Thursday)



 



We’re seeking a skilled and motivated  Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts while meeting production goals and maintaining strict quality standards.





 What You’ll Do




  • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality throughout production
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Edit and adjust G-code programs as needed
  • Deburr parts and ensure they meet specifications
  • Follow work instructions and quality procedures
  • Prioritize and complete jobs based on production schedules
  • Track and log job information in the SAP system
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles
  • Participate in daily tier meetings and contribute to team success




 What You’ll Need




  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of CNC machining experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience using precision measuring tools, including:

    • Calipers
    • OD micrometers
    • Steel rulers
    • Height gauges
    • Depth micrometers


  • Basic computer skills (SAP experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Role Overview

What You’ll Do



In this dynamic production role, you will:




  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components including panels, frames, cables, and subassemblies
  • Follow blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate builds
  • Perform essential tasks such as drilling, sealing, fastening, countersinking, painting, and varnishing
  • Set up and operate manual and automated assembly equipment
  • Conduct functional testing, inspections, and continuity checks throughout production

  • Move materials and components safely within the production area
  • Document discrepancies and troubleshoot issues related to parts, processes, or tools

  • Support team productivity by training, coaching, and assisting peers
  • Work toward certification such as MVP qualification




Required Qualifications




  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in assembly processes such as drilling, sealing, fastening, or subassembly work
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as required

In this high-impact role, you will:

  • Serve as the engineering authority on the production floor, supporting aircraft build and post-production activities

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in:

    • Structural and/or electrical repair design for aircraft systems

    • Material review or product review within commercial aviation (OEM or airline)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely engineering decisions in production environments

  • Ability to work onsite in an active factory setting with physical and environmental considerations

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in:

    • Root cause analysis and non-conformance disposition development

  • Expertise in:

    • Engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation

    • Structural repairs and modifications on wide-body aircraft

What You’ll Do

  • Perform high-mix, low-volume assembly of SMT and through-hole components on complex PCBs

  • Operate X-ray inspection equipment to verify solder joint quality on hidden connections

  • Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure accuracy

What You Bring

Required Qualifications
