Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development. Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed. Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation. Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability. Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers'' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval. Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management. Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment. Works under general direction.
Enterprise Quality has an exciting opportunity for an APQP & SPC Training & Problem Solving Engineer to join our Quality Team.
Position Responsibilities:
The candidate will participate in the development & deployment of supplier training materials for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). This person will participate in development of supplier training & execution planning. The candidate will conduct APQP and SPC training of supplier and personnel. Additionally this position may on occassion assist teams i n the use of APQP or SPC tools.
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Bachelor's Degree
o 3+ years of experience with the application of AS9145 / Advanced Product Quality Planning
o 5+ years or experience with Quality Systems in the Aviation industry
o 5+ years of experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment
o 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Strong communication & presentation skills
o Experience leading cross-functional teams
o Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
o BS Engineering
o Experience in Statistical Process Control & its application
o Project Management
o Production Engineering
