Description:
JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer - Military Avionics

REMOTE WORK OPTIONS AVAILABLE!

ABOUT THE JOB:
As a systems engineer on this team, you will perform technical activities in the design and development of stores management and weapons systems management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in systems engineering development with a strong understanding of the system design process.
- Experience generating and allocating system functional requirements.
- Understanding of systems and software allocation at the LRU-level.
- Experience validating and verifying system requirements; including initial integration of software and hardware.
- Understanding of military avionics.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553 data bus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative to get things done.
- Good positive interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote team members.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Familiar with stores management.
- Familiar with weapons management systems.
- Familiar with MIL-STD-1760.
- Familiar with Cameo Systems Modeler.
