Manufacturing Process Engineer

Description:
Nesco is assisting a growing aerospace company in the Old Saybrook area with finding a Manufacturing Process Engineer. This is a great opportunity for an experience aerospace engineer to work for a close knit company with room for advancement. Salary is 65-90k DOE First and second shift available

  • Aerospace experience required

  • Experience with machining, specially CNC preferred

  • Knowledge of outside processing including heat treating and coating preferred

  • ERP experience and Lean training preferred

    • Create work instructions for processing and outside services

    • Work hands on with production team

    • Support cost reduction initiatives

    • Design tolling and work holding

    • Order raw material and transfer from India

    • Create process routers and BOMs

    • Create process models and drawings
