Civil Engineer

Description:
Providing civil/structural engineering support for short and long-term infrastructure planning, capital improvement projects, and maintenance operations. Plan, manage and execute small to medium sized projects in accordance with internal requirements, contract documents and applicable standards. Generate designs and implementation documentation used to direct subcontractor construction efforts. Meet project objectives within schedule and budget targets.

Basic Qualifications:
Requires an Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent and 2–6 years of professional experience.
Experience in design and construction of concrete, steel, and/or aluminum structures and building envelope systems is required.
Successful candidate will be required to write specifications and statements of work that provide required Contractor direction for fabrication and construction of facility systems.
Experience using 2D Autodesk AutoCAD and 3D Autodesk Revit design/drafting software is required.
