Vehicle Cyber Security Engineer

Description:
A Vehicle Cyber Security Engineer job in Grand Rapids, MI is currently available at Belcan. In this role, you will need to have 5 years of experience developing security solutions for connected vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:
· Lead development of product Cyber Security projects.
· Develop and execute penetration testing for connected subsystems on vehicle platforms.
· Evaluate risk and vulnerabilities for connected embedded systems and software, and provide recommendations to close security gaps.
· Research and exploit vulnerabilities and build solutions to protect against threats.
· Work under a well-defined process (for example, CMM Level 3 or better).

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
· Experience with ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29 is required
· Experience with technologies such as CANbus, LIN, WiFi, Bluetooth, Automotive Ethernet, V2X, USB, FlexRay is required.
· 1+ years of on the job security experience or security focus as part of degree program
· Proficiency in C, Python, C# and/or C++ is a plus.
· Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required/U.S. Citizen only
