Talent Acquisition Manager

Description:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist with account maintenance/management for one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world.
Experience with account maintenance, interacting with hiring managers, recruiting aerospace professionals.
10+ years of experience in recruiting/account management in the aerospace industry a MUST.

Executes recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hiring on-boarding, etc). Develops short and long-term recruiting strategies. Evaluates and recommends job postings. Conducts research on recruitment standards and monitors new trends and opportunities. Performs screening and interviews of qualified candidates. Leverage online recruiting resources, tools, and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates. Plans and supports recruiting events. Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies. Partners with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines. Sources external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates.
