Design Checker/Drafter

Description:
Inconen is looking for a Design Checker/Drafter for our client, a well-known Aerospace Company, in Orlando, FL.

**Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance**

Position Description:
Designs and oversees the plant or manufacturing systems fabrication installation modification maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems production machinery and other material-handling equipment used in fabrication assembly and other production functions; analyzes engineering sketches specifications and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size shape and arrangements of parts; oversees the construction of machine and subassemblies considering such specifications as gear ratios bearing loads and direction of moving parts; compiles and analyzes test data to determine effect of design on machines in relation to factors such as temperature pressures speed horsepower and fuel consumption.

Skills Required:
1. PDF Creation & Editing, Configuration Management, Drafting using CREO 4.0.
2. Familiarity with drafting standards.

Experience Required:
1. 2 Years drafting experience .

Education Required:
1. Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent

Additional Information:
1. Remote work is OK.
