A Melt Shop Electrical Supervisor job is available with a client in Mesa, AZ. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring, at the start of the shift and throughout the day, the prompt assignment of technicians to specific jobs which are appropriate to their possessed skills and/or to their training needs. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years or prior supervisor experience.

Melt Shop Electrical Supervisor Job Duties:

* Ensures, at the start of the shift and throughout the day, the prompt assignment of technicians to specific jobs which are appropriate to their possessed skills and/or to their training needs.
* Regularly holds safety, quality, customer feedback and financial information meetings with maintenance team members.
* Reviews safety requirements and points out potential hazards that may exist.
* Reviews available planned job packages for completeness and correctness.
* Confirms the technician knows what, where, how, why, and when for each job providing the opportunity for clarification.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
* Experience with Preventative/Planned Maintenance processes and procedures and ability to develop procedures and schedules.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical schematics.
* Experience working with and maintaining welding machines, hydraulic equipment, mechanical equipment, pneumatic equipment and cooling systems.
* Working knowledge of computers and computer software.
* Certified Maintenance and Reliability Profession (CMRP) certification preferred.
