Description/Comment:
Our client utilizes, Dassault Systems’ ENOVIA & CATIA V6 for Product Lifecycle Management, Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing. The selected candidate will join Engineering in the Engineering Technology organization to assist in technical development and end user support of the 13xE and 3DExperience platform of solutions from Dassault Systems. The primary function is to support the designers on the suite of tools to support product definition of our aircraft. The candidate will help incorporate best practices through leveraging industry knowledge, in-depth technology product knowledge and business acumen.

Responsibilities:
• Provide end user mentoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Work in collaboration with IT for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
• Resolve escalated application issues and engage 3rd party support when necessary
• Work with the business to document business goals, recommend and implement solutions to meet those goals
• Communicate with internal and external team members to ensure project alignment and success
• Support solution implementation and any tasks necessary to complete project deliverables:
• Document and test the 3DExperience platform
o Develop methods and best practices for Bell's 3DExperience upgrade related to CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA and SIMULIA tool set to assist the design/manufacturing teams from conceptual design through finished components
o Develop and support Policy and Procedure for client's CATIA/DELMIA/ENOVIA/SIMULIA process methodologies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mathematics, Physics, or related)
• Experience in supporting users / implementing 3D design solutions
• Software knowledge and capabilities:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in design, manufacturing and/or support of CATIA
• Highly proficient in the CATIA tool sets preferably in 3DExperience:
• Part Design & Sketcher
• Assembly Design
o GSD
o Drafting
• Highly proficient in the DELMIA toolsets preferably in 3D

Experience:

Leads project teams to develop complex specifications, conceptual and final designs, cost estimates and provides maintenance support for the procurement or modification of equipment systems (e.g., ovens, autoclaves, furnaces, tank lines, etc.). Reviews specifications and/or designs to assess compliance with customer requirements, codes and applicable regulations by applying knowledge of process engineering, practices, and materials and takes appropriate corrective action. Participates on or leads cross-functional teams to integrate the activities of multiple engineering disciplines, outside consultants and government agencies.Leads teams to perform complex conceptual analysis to determine the cause of asset failures and reduction in asset capacity by using reliability tools and methods (e.g., life cycle analysis, condition based maintenance, root cause failure methodology, mean time between failures, fault tree analysis, etc.). Role is onsite NO remote option. Will be onsite at Auburn WA site.
Travel may only include driving between two sites, around 20-25 miles each way. Auburn to Puyallup site.
Training will begin onsite. Successfully completing training is a contingency for this assignment.

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Mechanical Engineer (Level 4) to join our Facilities and Asset Management team located in Auburn, Washington.
This mechanical engineering position will provide leadership on material handling, industrial building HVAC and controls, automation and mechanical systems, reliability and building automation.
This position is based primarily in Auburn, Washington. However, up to 50% travel is required between our Fredrickson (located in Puyallup, WA) and Auburn sites.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads project teams to develop complex conceptual designs, final designs, cost estimates and provides maintenance support for the architectural, civil/structural, mechanical, and electrical phases of buildings, equipment installations, utility systems and grounds. We are supporting our client with design, fabrication and installation of complex process equipment that are used to make everything from biotechnology medicine, dairy products, to beverage and drinks, This will be remote work using AutoCAD Plant 3D as the primary modelling and drafting tool.

Job Description
You will be part of remote engineering team that is responsible for the design, fabrication and installation of equipment

Experience with process equipment design used in the pharma industry is required
Proficiency using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Creation and interpretation of detailed models and drawings and use of software in 3D to create and modify existing parts/products/assemblies.
Creation and use of Bills of Materials (BOM’s) for both production and component purchasing.
Development and maintenance of product and component databases ensuring they are kept up to date.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience with 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD Plant 3D) and drawings.
Knowledge of Pharma Industry standards & processes

Your Mission

Seeking an engineer with hands-on experience and a strong background in rocket propulsion systems, preferably with hybrid or liquid propulsion or with high pressure fluids and composite overwrapped pressure vessels experience. Ideally the engineer will have a background in design, manufacturing, integration, testing and/or flight operations. This role requires critical thinking across hardware integration and product lifecycles. Experience with typical rocket propellants (LOX, Hypergols, Hydrogen, solids, etc.) is a strong plus. This role is for a hands-on person with great attention to detail and excellent people skills. This is a full-time position at Virgin Galactic's aerospace facility in Las Cruces, NM.

What you bring

Basic Qualifications

Test Engineer

Description:
I am currently hiring for a Test Engineer to work in Torrance, CA.

Summary:
Test Engineer (Electrical) will be responsible for developing engineering test stand, documenting test system design and lab/facility interfaces, procedure development, test planning, commissioning, and conducting development/production testing.

Job descriptions:
Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs.
Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.

May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, procure, fabricate, and maintain test stands, test equipment, and facilities in support of development, demonstration, certification, and qualification tests of aero hardware.
• Develop data acquisition and control systems for the test stand/facility.
• Develop electrical measurement panels for interfacing the power analyzers and integrate them with data acquisition systems.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for the assigned Test Program or Work Package, identifying requirements, risks and opportunities.
• Make changes and upgrades to the Integrated test system to meet new requirements and document the changes.
• Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule for the assigned test projects
• Create Test Documentation (Test Procedures, Test Instructions, Instrumentation list, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram, Controls Architecture) in preparation for Test Solution commissioning and correlation process)
• Coordinate periodic reviews with management/Chief Engineer on project status, TRR, CDR, PDR, and significant trends and changes in approved projects.
• Actively coordinates the design, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex mechanical and control test facilities infrastructure required for aircraft components test and systems/subsystem integration test programs
• Support estimates, Project planning, and reporting for major test equipment and facility transition programs.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills (plan – execute – escalate).

Qualifications / Skills:

· May require a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

You Must Have:
· Must be US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to ITAR and Export Control restrictions.
· Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering)
