Electrical Engineer - A220

Description:
Responsible to manage non-conformity/concessions and late changes to support production and to update the master data for the documentation package that accompanies the aircraft. Responds to technical questions, prepares new modifications for country specific constraints and explains about work orders and drawings, especially for aircraft (A/C) mechanical related items. Establishes and maintains effective communications with FAL production. Responsible for on-site training of new manufacturing engineering employees.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
The incumbent should have 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing engineering of structure installations in an international aviation company.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and tools used in manufacturing engineering.
Knowledge about non conformities/concessions and design query notes.
Knowledge of supply chain management.
Knowledge of quality management system.
Good knowledge of basic written and spoken English.
Experience working with A220 Aircraft
Education/Special Qualifications:
Must have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other desirable skills and experience include:
Knowledge of Airbus Industries mechanical process & methods.
Knowledge of Airbus IT-Tools (TiCon, Zamiz, TAKSY, MODA, DocMaster, Adress).
Knowledge of common applications such as SAP/R3 (Module PP/PM).
Familiarity with the American aviation market.
Aircraft Technician experience from A/C manufacturer.
Knowledge about aircraft structure installation.
Knowledge of rules for aircraft design and manufacturing.
Intercultural experience.
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and practices.
