Pay rate: $60-75/hr W2

**Candidate must have active secret clearance with last investigation within the last 4.5 years. Candidate will have to obtain SAP Clearance.

Managing schedules and assembly spans Aerospace assembly experience

Top three skills:
• Shop operating plans
• Standard hour development/application
•Capacity/staffing forecasting

Possible Job Duties: • Industrial Engineering accountability will include, but not be limited to the following:
o Manufacturing capacity analysis
o Positional tooling and machine requirements
o Work measurement / time standards development
o Production performance metrics and analysis
o Special studies and projects
o Staffing models
o Production readiness assessments
o Recovery planning
o Facilities and workplace design
o Lean Implementation
o Simulations

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience or an MS degree and 2 years’ experience.
• In depth understanding and significant application of Industrial Engineering technical expertise along with a detailed knowledge of other related disciplines
