Manufacturing Engineer 4 - VC

The contracts are regularly extended and direct opportunities are often available.
Skills: | Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.Due to Company education requirements please make sure all submitted candidates have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. If they do not meet this requirement, please withdraw them from consideration ASAP Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry 5+ years experience with all aspects of Wire Harness installation, Pre-Installation and Post-Installation Wire Harness Assembly Testing (Fully terminated Wire Harnesses, and Termination performed on aircraft) 5+ years experience developing wiring tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience): Experience / familiarity with different aspects of Wire Harness testing desired. WIRS system experience / mastery Experience with MESCI planning system; Creating new / Revising (fabrication and Installation Modules Experience defining Aircraft configurations Experience with Wiring Production Illustration drawings - Analyzing and performing producibility. Experience with Wiring component standards/sourcing/supply base Wire Harness / System Troubleshooting experience Knowledge and use of the Integration Visibility Tool (IVT) Knowledge / Use of wiring testing systems Knowledge / Applied application of Jira Software, a plus. Microsoft Office tools a must; focus being on advanced excel data analytical skills. |
