JOB TITLE: Software Tools Engineers

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are building a team developing the next generation of internal software engineering tools and services using cloud infrastructure.

To qualify for all positions with Real Time Companies, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering Discipline.
- 5+ years Software Engineering experience including tools development.
- Full lifecycle software development experience including requirements, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Advanced C# .NET skills (primarily, .NET Core onwards).
- SaaS development using .NET Core
- Micro-services Architecture experience.
- Complex Cloud, Event-based Services experience.
- DevOps Systems (e.g. AutoMate, OpenShift, Test Automation) experience.

HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with development using Document-based Databases (such as Mongodb, Cosmosdb, etc.).
- Experience operating and supporting Kubernetes deployments.
- Feature development experience including feature toggling, design patterns (e.g. strategy, pipeline, template patterns), trunk-based development, domain driven design.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years experience in Aerospace or other highly regulated, safety critical industries.
Enterprise Integration (ENT) patterns (such as messaging systems) experience.
- Docker and Container technologies experience.
- Redundancy and High-availability Cloud Systems experience.
- Effective at rapidly delivering services to the Cloud.
- Experience with .NET based UI development.
- Ontology / Domain-based Modeling experience.
- Deep skill in unit testing, integration, and acceptance testing with demonstrated high coverage.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, and environments.
- Ability to effectively work within a global team environment.
