Integrator – Aircraft Interiors - Canada.

They are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.   In your role, you will:
  • Communicate closely with Client multi-disciplinary teams and engineering suppliers
  • Prepare engineering documents for all phases of our projects (JCDP / JDP / DDP / Cert)
  • Define and analyze interfaces between the structure and the interior for the interior supplier as an aircraft technical integrator,
  • Help supplier to understand and follow our processes and best practices.
  • Evaluate engineering documentation from our suppliers/partners to ensure they are compliant and complete,
  • Be mindful of project potential technical issues and communicate them efficiently (critical designs, risks, etc.),
  • Support/attend weekly deliverables and quality engineering meetings,
  • Propose solutions for design issues raised by the supplier or by multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communicate efficiently with colleagues, cross functional teams and upper management.
  • Validate engineering certification documents as required by the Authorities.
  • Define test strategies for system validation including preparation of certification materials.
Qualifications  

As our ideal candidate:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • You have 5 to 8 years experience in aircraft interiors & secondary structure.
  • You are comfortable with Catia V5 (part, assembly, drawing).
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have good knowledge of Enovia V5 - an asset.
  • You have experience in machining and manufacturing – an asset.
  • You are fluent in  English, spoken and written, willing to learn French.
Our client is hiring on a Permanent basis, providing a good salary and benefits package, negotiable depending upon candidate's experience level and knowledge. You must be prepared to live and work in Montreal Canada for this role. You will hold the rights to live and work in Canada. You will be  a Canadian, US citizen or may have dual nationalities.
