Human Resources Coordinators

Description:
STS Technical Services is hiring Human Resources Coordinators in Atlanta, Georgia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day support to multiple HR leaders.
The coordinator will help with completing salary exception forms, investigations, transactional support as needed for payroll and employee benefits.
This position will be responsible for coordinating communication efforts with clients, help with preparing ad hoc reports and access data from SAP and other systems.
Ongoing support for staffing, salary planning, and administration.
This person will support domestic leaders on human resource procedures, programs, and policies. Successful candidates will be strategic, upbeat, creative, and efficient and will have superior organizational detail skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's level degree preferred or equivalent work experience will be considered.
Minimum 18-24 months of analytical or related work experience required.
Strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills required.
Position requires the ability to work alone or part of a team and requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to report clear, concise and accurate ad-hoc reports to all levels of leadership.
Must be able to handle highly confidential material efficiently and effectively.
Must possess time management, multi-tasking, project management, and organizational skills.
Should be able to work effectively with employees and all levels of leadership within the company, as well as various organizations and agencies external to client.
Must be able to network and build effective relationships with Compensation & Benefits, Legal, Labor Relations and HR Service Delivery.
Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio) as well as proprietary skills (SAP, Brio, and Tesseract).
Position may require up to 25% travel.
