Advanced MBSE Systems Engineer

Description:
An Advanced MBSE Systems Engineer job in Bloomington, MN is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for performing modeling and simulation, requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification). To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related specialized area or field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, US citizenship is required.

Advanced MBSE Engineer Job duties:

* Perform requirements analysis, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, detail trade studies, systems integration and test (verification), validation of subsystem or system elements.
* Participate in Modeling and Simulation.
* Perform testing, verification, and validation of radar sensor and signal processing algorithm requirements and performance.
* Additional responsibilities include formulating operational concepts (CONOPS); performing mission, functional, cost-benefit, and risk analysis; selecting systems architecture; and preparing specifications for company operating systems to ensure designs meet applicable specifications.

Qualifications:

* Systems Modeling (UML, SysML, or similar).
* Model Driven Development using Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
* Experience with DOORS or similar tools.
* Knowledge of radar performance analysis techniques.
