Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible as a senior member of the Integrated Product Support (IPS) IPT in a highly classified program and will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of training plans, training material and courseware, to include multi-media, simulation and scenarios used for customer training.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training material for existing and new systems. The ideal candidate will provide stand-up training to the customer personnel at various locations.
The successful candidate must have excellent creative capabilities in designing and creating technology-based multimedia applications applying both innovative concept and methodologies and technical skills, using multiple media tools. May involve audio, digital animation, text, graphics, visual capture, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), photo and video and more for applications including web, mobile and simulation.
Researches latest trends on graphic design, software and development techniques. Must be able to interpret technical orders, illustrated parts manuals and technical drawings and schematic diagrams. Up to 20% travel is required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS+9-15 YRS or MS+7-13 YRS
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Desired skills
Experience in effectively leading and managing teams and small groups
Experience with implementing training syllabi and meeting program training development and sustainment requirements to include Formal Training Course planning and execution.
Experience with Virtual Reality and/or Augmented Reality technologies or applications.
Understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, in photography, video, 3D modeling and animation.
Demonstrated experience using standard office software tools / solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
