Systems/Software Avionics Test Engineer (High level requirements based testing)

Description:

We help companies setting the right requirements and methodology for prototype design and product certification and we provide in-system testing, tracking and support for all certification aspects including associated documentation and communication.

Enea is one of the largest independent software companies performing avionics engineering certifications on mission-critical systems, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification.

Our Opportunity: (5 Engineers)

SYSTEMS/SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER
Project: Assisting in development of airborne communication interface (COM box) and ARINC protocols.

Musts:
• Embedded system software testing
• RequirementsBased Testing (test case development)
- mostly high level requirements
• Python scripting
- C/C++
- DOORS
- DO 178C DAL D
Nice to have:
• WiFi and Cellular testing experience
• Layer 2 – Ethernet test
• Layer 3 – IP routing
• Linux – basic use (modifying files, configuring Ethernet)
• ACARS/ARINC
• REST and SOAP interface testing experience
• Network security (encryption)

Length: Starting ASAP. 6-12 month project.
