Summary:
The Structures Company is seeking an entry level CNC Setup/Operator to support operations on 3 axis Mills, CNC Lathe, and conventional machining. Parts fabricated on these machines will vary in material, complexity, and tolerance requirements. The ideal candidate for this role must be able to produce quality parts efficiently. The person in this role must be comfortable with frequent design changes as common with a prototype environment. Comprehension of detailed requirements of part drawings, set up sheets, and engineering definition necessary to produce quality parts Understand and perform necessary machining procedures per work instruction(s) Work with Supervisor/Lead/Programmer to ensure part is in conformance to given work instruction(s) and criteria Ahere to and operate within all company, state and federal guidelines of safety protocol and regulations Conduct regular preventative maintenance as required Inspect and maintain a tidy work area

What You Bring
Must have High School diploma or equivalent Experience in conventional machining or CNC operating a plus Experience with various metal fabrication tools such as band saw, drill press, shear, and other hand tools Comprehension of and the abilitiy to properly use precision measuring instruments (micrometer, calipers, dial indicators, etc.) Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) a plus Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong team player
