Your Mission: Curriculum & Content Development Manager
The People, Learning & Development Partner will report directly into the Human Resources leadership team. The ideal candidate should:
Work with business leaders to uncover learning needs, make recommendations, and drive project plans and design. Design immersive and experiential learning that reinforces the company brand and culture. This will include on-the-job, instructor-led, eLearning, and virtual solutions. Facilitate training programs, seminars, conferences, and train-the-trainer sessions for internal business leaders. Support learning administration, including scheduling, logistics, setup, technology, and evaluation. Assist and coordinate efforts of outside consultants and vendors, as necessary. Constantly learn new things-and share them with your team members Performs other duties as assigned
What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in HR, OD, Education or related area 5+ years applicable experience working in a HR or L&D department Strong skills in MS Office suite (Word/Outlook/PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and a whiz at prioritization and project management Exceptional presentation skills Ability to communicate with company employees, trainers from other companies, professional training group members, and consultants by phone, in person, or through correspondence Ability to travel as required for meetings offsite >15% Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment Driven, highly motivated, and committed to improvement Ability to add something unique and positive to our team Generally high level of all-around awesomeness Must be able to work all shifts and available for overtime as well as weekends when needed
Desired Skills:
Master's degree in HR, OD, Education or related area Applicable certifications in HR, OD, Learning & Development Experience with eLearning and/or virtual learning programs (Captivate, Articulate, GoToTraining, etc.) Experience in human-centered design, design thinking, and/or needs analysis Strong project management background, with deep experience delivering complex products with multiple stakeholders and minimal hand-holding Passion for space exploration and a firm belief in the utility of affordable access to space Ability to thrive as a 'one person team'
