Open Plan Project Manager

Description:
A Project Manager (Open Plan) job is currently available at Belcan Engineering in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have at least one year of experience working with software: Open Plan and several years of project management skills. five years of experience involving quality and/or manufacturing engineering. You will be working as part of a large aerospace focused quality & manufacturing engineering team.

*This is a fully onsite position with limited or no remote capability*

Project Manager job duties:
* Create and update projects in Open Plan software
* Track, update, and communicate on hand inventory status for our New Product (NPI) Programs
* Update comprehensive spreadsheets to help in evaluating sourcing agreements
* Report various data for the program and evaluate discrepancies between the Financial Reporting & Quality Reporting
* Status/Problem Solve Planning Signal, REQ Placement, First Article Submission, and Full Rate Production dates for NPI Hardware with Sourcing/Suppliers
* Status cost reduction projects with sites/sourcing

Core Qualifications:
* AS or BS in Business or Engineering desired. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree
* One through five + years of work experience within project management, utilizing Open Plan software.
* Exposure to engineering and manufacturing is a plus.
* Understanding of product engineering / manufacturing concepts and applications preferred
* Ability to be a self-starter with potential for technical leadership and guidance
* Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
* Legal authorization to work in the US required: Due to the nature of this work, US Citizenship required
