This is a very exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's largest aerospace companies! The contracts are regularly extended, and direct opportunities are often available.
- Flexible start and end time for this role, 6-8 AM local start time, end time will be 3-5 PM
- The team is working primarily virtually now BUT the candidate must be near any of the following locations: Mesa, AZ - Hazelwood, MO North Charleston, SC Englewood, CO Huntsville, AL Oklahoma City, OK
Job Description: The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by Company Security.
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
- The focus of this role will be on post contract award administration and it won't be as much active negotiation. They'll be managing supplier governance and relationships. Ultimately, this resource will support the US IT Cloud team
- Successfully completing training is a contingency for this assignment
