Job Summary:
The candidate selected will represent the Mass Properties Management and Control organization for various airframe and systems related configuration change studies.

The candidate selected must have demonstrated complete understanding and wide application of mass properties technical principles, theories and concepts and possess a general knowledge of other related disciplines and their relationship and impacts on weight, center of gravity, and inertia.

The candidate must exhibit the ability to provide imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions to a wide range of difficult mass properties / weight management and control problems that are consistent with program objectives. The candidate will use ongoing analysis to assure approved changes are fully reflected in aircraft level predictions. The candidate must display an ability to work independently under general direction to meet program objectives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS+4-8 YRS or MS+2-6 YRS
Experience using a relational database
CATIA--Computer Aided Application
VAS--Visualization Assembly System
Strong SQL use and development skills
Strong Visual Basic or C++ use and development skills
SAWE RP8 use
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Strong technical leadership skills
Strong personal and presentation communication
Experience with engineering change requests/packages
Experience incorporating engineering design changes into a mass properties database system
