Robotic Maintenance Technician

Description:
Plant 2 Maintenance Personnel Body Machining

  • Working knowledge of automated industrial machinery.

  • Basic understanding of electricity.

  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. (Repair, replace and rebuild)

  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints and schematics.

  • Basic knowledge of PLC.

  • Some experience with FANUC robots a plus.

  • Ability to replace reed switches and amplifiers.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems using voltmeters and electrical schematics.

  • Ability to troubleshoot pumps, motors, bearings, ball screws, conveyers, blowers and repair/replace (if necessary).

  • Ability troubleshoot, install and setup Mitsubishi VFD (Variable Frequency Drives).

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

  • Self-starter and team player.




Plant 4 Maintenance Personnel - Assembly


  • Basic understanding of electricity.

  • Working knowledge of automated industrial machinery.

  • Knowledge of Keyence vision and barcode reading systems.

  • Knowledge of IMAJE inkjet printing systems.

  • Knowledge of SATO label printers.

  • Knowledge of the following robot systems:

    • FANUC (6-axis) w/ vision (cameras).

    • Yamaha (Cartesian) 3-axis.

    • Toshiba (Cartesian) 3-axis.



  • Knowledge of INFICON leak detectors.

  • Knowledge of automated feeding systems.

  • Working knowledge of PLC's.

  • Working knowledge of electronic sliders.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems using voltmeters and electrical schematics.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic valves and cylinders.

  • Ability to troubleshoot repair/replace reed switches and amplifiers.

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

  • Self-starter and team player.


Body Machining Maintenance Technicians:

1. Basic knowledge of PLC. Should not be confused when a control panel is opened. Regardless of machine specifics, should be able to identify various elements.

2. Ability to troubleshoot, repair, replace, and rebuild automated industrial machinery.

3. Ability to troubleshoot, repair, replace, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic systems.



Assembly Maintenance Technicians

1. Good, working knowledge of PLC. Should not be confused when a control panel is opened. Regardless of machine specifics, should be able to identify various elements, and troubleshoot problems.

2. Ability to troubleshoot, repair, replace, and rebuild automated industrial machinery.

3. Experience troubleshooting and repairing robot systems (FANUC 6-axis with vision cameras, Yamaha Cartesian 3-axis, Toshiba Cartesian 3-axis).
