Job Title - Scrum Master
Location - Englewood, Colorado
Well-established Aerospace/Engineering ##### seeks Scrum Master for long-term contract.
Job Description:
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in related field OR typically 3 years of related experience Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in Scrum Master role Scrum Master Certification from an industry-recognized certifying organization Experience running standard Scrum meetings (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc) Experience with the entire project lifecycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases) using Agile approaches Experience mentoring teams on project lifecycle, agile processes and Scrum framework Experience with Atlassian management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Experience with Safe Agile Experience with CMMI Level 3 processes Knowledge of REST web services Knowledge of automated build systems (GIT) Knowledge of DevOps continuous delivery and delivery pipeline, pipeline health and monitoring Experience transitioning teams from waterfall to agile processes and techniques. Experience working within the Defense industry preferred The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required.
Preferred:
Understanding of industry standard software languages such as C, C#, C++, HTML, Java, Python, and Bash Experience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated build Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Spiral Basic understanding of data structures
