Systems Engineer

Description:
System Engineer duties include the ability to derive & decompose system requirements from a customers performance specification. Strong Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) experience is required and the ability to lead the development of MBSE implementation. SysML experience using Cameo MagicDraw software knowledge (or similar) is required. IBM Rational DOORs experience is required. They shall ensure the system specification has been fully defined, traced, and compliant to the scope of work and the US Government data item description. Their roles and responsibilities include:

Roles and Responsibilities
Define and ensure traceability of the system requirements.
Assist in the design and development of the system architecture.
Decompose system performance and verification requirements, and develop design verification plans and reports
Ensure the system design aligns across physical, power, data, and software
Ensure work products and deliverables are delivered with good quality and on time
Provide technical inputs to planning, schedules, and cost estimates
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Active U.S. Security Clearance is desired.
