Product Lifecycle Process Engineer 5

Description:
**Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance**

Provides strategic direction for the application of industry standard analysis methods and techniques to continuously improve and optimize solutions for complex engineering and manufacturing processes throughout the value stream. Leads the adaptation and implementation of national and industry standards for product definition data. Leads the implementation and integration processes and tools across programs. Strategically leads and directs program transition plans to improve existing processes and optimize the effective application of new tool technology. Oversees the strategic implementation of new approaches to program planning that simulate the multi-functional dependencies of the product development lifecycle for complex, highly integrated products. Works under consultative direction.
• Describe the project they will be working on: Air Dominance Programs (F-15, F/A-18, T-7, MQ-25, others) – Item Unique Identification (IUID) process definition and execution and/or Technical Data Package (TDP) requirements interpretation and generation (for Process Engr req)
• Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): Engr or technical degree, 10+ years experience
• Software skills required: Microsoft Office
• Any certifications required: Configuration Management certifications (from various sources) are preferred

Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
