Seeking a C++ Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing Image and Video Processing Software for a variety of Geospatial Intelligence Applications. A strong background in how to balance the use of 3rd party frameworks with custom source code will be required to assist in bringing to life, cutting edge image science solutions to enterprise systems for processing and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience in software development; or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
6+ years of experience with Object-Oriented C++.
6+ years of experience with Cross Platform Development (Linux, Solaris, Windows, etc.)
Active TS/SCI Clearance required.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience with multi-threaded development.
Exposure to Image Science / Image Chain Analysis
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Software experience in C, JAVA, Python
Use of Tools and Equipment:
Software version control and defect tracking systems
Jenkins Continuous Integration Tools
Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git
Static code analysis tools for metrics and rules assessment
Automated testing and reporting frameworks (such as Google Test)
Ability to work with MATLAB or IDL source code
Experience with PERL scripting or other scripting language.
