Summary:

We are seeking an interim HRIS Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the company's Human Resource Information System by serving as a working leader to support the administration of the existing HRIS system (UKG) and serve as a project leader for the transition to the new HRIS system (SucessFactors). The role is part of the People Team, and reports to the VP, Total Rewards.

    The position is responsible for the design, development, and administration of the HRIS system. This includes providing technical support, troubleshooting, ad hoc reporting, testing, and data validation/auditing.

    Serves as the project leader for the transition and implementation of the new system (SuccessFactors) and coordinates with key internal stakeholders to formalize requirements, facilitate project status meetings, manage open items and ensure adherence to deadlines and scheduling.

    Manages process improvements including data design and collection, development of specifications and testing criteria, and project timelines.

    Recommends innovative solutions, policy changes, and develops procedural documentation to enhance service delivery and data integrity.

    Oversees the maintenance of employee records; including new hire processing, employee status updates, and employee terminations to ensure data is correctly entered into the HRIS and flows properly to other systems and departments.

    Establishes and monitors data standards and maintains up-to-date documentation manuals for HR systems.

    Collaborates across departments to facilitate and improve utilization of tools and digital workflows.

    Administers tracking systems and audits for all personnel transactions, including hiring, terminations, employee status changes, compensation, etc.

    Builds and maintains electronic processes, such as electronic approvals, e-forms including electronic position authorization/change form.

    Provides training on the HRIS system for internal staff and business leaders as needed.

    Manages two team members in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and ensures that project/department milestones/goals

    Delivers quality customer services to both internal and external constituents in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.

    Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree required.

    Eight (8) years of related professional experience with functional management of an enterprise Human Resources Information System.

    A minimum of three (3) year of supervisory experience required.

    Strong project management skills

    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the functional application for HRIS processes required.

    Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.

    Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy required.

    Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making assessments for decisions required.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience using SAP Successfactors (NS2 platform) preferred
