Systems Integration & Test Engineer

Description:
A Systems Integrations & Test Engineer job in Scottsdale, AZ is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in the planning of technical approaches, resources, schedules, budgets, and equipment required for the testing and evaluating of new systems, products and special devices. You will also prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures throughout the engineering development lifecycle. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, US citizenship is required.

Systems Integrations & Test Engineer Job duties:

* Executes the test approach and documents system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
* Generate system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools.
* Develops and conducts functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems.
* Assists with the design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and systems for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
* Isolates and documents issues and defects.

Qualifications:

* Proficient knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages.
* Highly proficient ability to clearly report information relevant to sound test engineering.
* Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
* Skilled in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions.
